The project
Located in Bordeaux, formerly occupied by wine cellars and now by the Auchan supermarket, the plot of lands is home to a new project.
It will soon be a pleasant and diversified place that will enliven the whole neighbourhood.
People live and work here, do their shopping in the ‘hall’, and enjoy the tree-lined streets and the plaza near the offices. The site can be reached by all means of transport and encourages new forms of mobility.
The future block will be virtuous with more housing, more local products, more activities, more trees, more open space and more services.
With this project, we’re creating new meeting places, sober buildings designed for all seasons, and retailers who explore new modes of consumption.
We are building a pleasant block for its inhabitants and the residents. -
We wanted it to be a mixed-use place, with a new shell of the 1,870 m2 Auchan supermarket, which will offer an innovative concept, 87 housing units, 6 shops at the foot of the building, 203 parking spaces and a 585 m2 plaza open to the public.
We wanted it to be inclusive and social by creating shared spaces open to the public. The plaza will be accesible to everyone throughout the day. A space, which range of service will be created with the loacal residents and the Auchan supermarket's employees, is also included on the plot. We offer a range of open market housing, including 4 housings in capable volumes and 27 units available for social housing acquisition.
We wanted it to be lively and vibrant as well as a way to show a collaboration with the Auchan supermarket. We are creating a multimodal transportation district, which offers meeting and exchange places to the users. A place to build strong relationships, live, work, improve our modes of consumption and have fun!
