The project
Covid-19 lockdowns have affected many projects. One of them was for Decathlon, which wanted to open up new stores. Our thorough knowledge of the local area allowed us to put our services at their disposal. We helped Decathlon open up 2 new sites by coordinating the project, choosing partners and service providers, providing legal and technical support and more.
WE COORDINATED EVERY STEP OF THE WAY : -

2. Participation in negotiations with the Landlords technical team.
3. Estimation of fit-out budget for works performance by the Client and organisation of project implementation team.
4. Project Time line and scheduling.
5. Terms of reference (ToR) preparation to tenders

8. Coordination, monitoring and control of design process. Comments and alternative solutions in design.
