On 18 October 2023, an agreement was signed with the Hungarian Indotek Group for the sale of New Immo Holding's real estate activities in Hungary, namely the sale of Nhood Services Hungary Kft and Ceetrus Hungary Kft (excluding Ceetrus Promotion's assets).
