Nhood has accelerated the transformation of the 464 sites it manages in Europe into genuine multi-purpose destinations, by attracting major international brands and integrating new local services. A strategy that has resulted in improved results compared to 2024: over 600 million visitors, 1,215 leases signed (+15% vs 2024) and an occupancy rate of 95% across Europe.

The France–Luxembourg portfolio recorded an exceptional year in 2025, surpassing the milestone of 429 leases signed in 2025 (+22% compared to 2024) and achieving an occupancy rate of 95%. The lease renewal rate, meanwhile, increased by +7.9% over the period.

Ten new group deals were concluded, representing the signing of 94 leases, a total retail area of 17,781 m² and €11.7 million in rental income. These results demonstrate the ability of Nhood’s property management and leasing teams to attract both leading brands such as Zara, Celio, Jack & Jones, Undiz and Normal, and new entrants such as Legami and Lego, which have set up shop in the Aushopping shopping centre in Noyelles-Godault, as well as Ladurée and brands such as Cabaia, Subdued, Mango, and Oakberry at La Cloche d’Or in Luxembourg.

“The teams have also led complex negotiations enabling the expansion of retail space for key players such as Zara at Le Pontet, thereby strengthening the commercial appeal of our destinations,” explains Mathieu Echeverria, Retail Leader for France and Luxembourg at Nhood.

In 2025, Nhood’s teams led ambitious transformation projects across each of their European markets. Ganna Koryagina, International Leasing Director at Nhood, emphasises:

“Shopping centres are evolving into true multifunctional destinations where retail, services, healthcare and experiences blend seamlessly. In 2025, we accelerated this transformation across Europe, with over 400 contracts signed in France, major extensions in Italy and complex retail conversions in Poland. In Portugal, the partnerships established with Primark and Clínica da Luz clearly reflect this vision. Our strength lies in our long-standing heritage as retailers, which enables us to combine the perspectives of both a property owner and a retailer. By fostering knowledge-sharing across markets, we can roll out large-scale solutions that create sustainable value for brands, property owners and consumers.”
