Concert à la bougie

This new entity was born out of a conviction: every square metre of unused space can be reimagined to become a driving force for property performance in its own right. By revealing the emotional intensity of spaces, New Living Mood aims to transform square metres into vibrant destinations and create lasting value for properties and local areas.

New Living Mood is part of a profound shift in the role of physical spaces.

Long regarded as transactional spaces, commercial and property spaces are now becoming places of experience, desirability and emotional intensity.

This transformation is accelerating under the influence of several dynamics:

  • The blurring of boundaries between uses (retail, culture, work, wellbeing, leisure)
  • The shift in public expectations towards more experiences, meaning and social connection
  • The need for places to become destinations in their own right

In this context, New Living Mood is aimed at property professionals to unlock the full potential of vacant or under-utilised spaces by transforming them into places for living, culture and events.

A positioning at the crossroads of two worlds:

  • Property (value enhancement, attractiveness, footfall)
  • Culture & events (programming, desirability, engagement)

New Living Mood brings a simple idea to life: the value of a site lies, of course, in its location, and above all in its ability to generate use, connection and emotion.

This new service offering operates across three complementary dimensions:

  • The site itself: the property asset, its flexibility and its potential for development
  • Chronotopy, i.e. the temporal nature of usage across every square metre to keep it vibrant for longer and in different ways: a nuanced adaptation to the rhythms of the place (time, day, season) and the profiles of its various audiences
  • Uses: cultural, artistic, event-based and experiential programming in collaboration with local partners

This approach ensures the vitality of the sites, whether they are in the operational, transitional or transformation phase.
