Nhood and Erilia sign a partnership agreement to develop property projects

This partnership aims to establish a collaboration between two players with a strong presence in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region. It addresses a twofold challenge: to create more housing in areas where demand is high and to promote the transformation of already urbanised land, in line with a vision of mixed-use, low-impact and sustainable urban development.

It brings together two complementary areas of expertise: on the one hand, Nhood’s know-how in the transformation of complex sites, the conversion of commercial assets and the regeneration of urban neighbourhoods; on the other, Erilia’s capacity to develop, acquire and manage social and intermediate housing over the long term.

In practical terms, Nhood and Erilia will work together to identify, structure and develop property projects incorporating a significant proportion of housing. The agreement provides for several forms of collaboration: joint project development, joint promotion arrangements and off-plan acquisitions, with a target of up to 300 homes per year, as well as a governance structure centred on a steering committee.
