Vibrant spaces designed to enhance the customer experience
News

Creating better spaces means designing useful, attractive and lively spaces that are designed to meet the expectations of those who use them every day.
At Nhood, we place the customer experience at the heart of our projects, focusing on the quality of use, the identity of the sites and the enhancement of the spaces.
This ambition is reflected in our business lines, particularly through Property Management, which works to make our shopping centres true living spaces. The management of spaces, their animation, temporary occupation, marketing and programming all contribute to enhancing the attractiveness of sites and creating sustainable value for our clients and their territories.
Events, programming and the activation of spaces now play a key role in this dynamic. Driven by our LIVE business, this approach aims to transform spaces into experiences in their own right: places of emotion, encounters and content, capable of coming alive 365 days a year. Event programming, hospitality, media devices, innovative formats... these are all levers that enrich the customer journey and strengthen attachment to venues.
At Aushopping Leers, for example, a mural by artist Coraline de Chiara, in partnership with La Condition Publique, now adorns one of the centre's main façades. Designed specifically for the site, this creation helps to enhance the visitor experience, assert the identity of the place and create a lasting bond with its audiences. This initiative also gave rise to an episode of our New Living Mood podcast, recorded on this occasion, which looks back at the genesis of the project, gives a voice to the people involved and sheds light on how these initiatives contribute to the evolution of our places and their uses.
In Perpignan, a 51-metre immersive mural has transformed the centre's façade, paying tribute to local symbols and identity. This initiative reinforces the site's position as a strong regional landmark and a place with which local residents can identify.
These initiatives fully illustrate our approach: designing, managing and bringing to life places that are meaningful, evoke emotion and are in tune with real uses. By combining real estate expertise, space enhancement and experience creation, we build destinations that are more human, more useful and more sustainable.
Because a centre that makes sense to its visitors is a centre that thrives, shines and builds loyalty.
