In the heart of the Lille metropolitan area, between Croix and Villeneuve d'Ascq, this project is a true urban renaissance, driven by renaturation and the development of the local economy.
Today, La Maillerie is a place where different generations come together. People meet there for meals with friends, cultural events or on France's largest rooftop terrace. It is a place to grow up, with its nurseries and schools; it is a place to work, with its office spaces. And it is simply a place to live, with nearly 50,000m² dedicated to housing and 9,600m² of accommodation for senior citizens.
A transformed brownfield site
At La Maillerie, we are working hand in hand with our local and private partners, the cities, the Lille European Metropolis (MEL) and our neighbours to create a lively, sustainable neighbourhood that will boost the local economy!
La Maillerie is a project led by Nhood and LinkCity, developed with local public stakeholders, the Métropole Européenne de Lille and the municipalities of Villeneuve d'Ascq and Croix, as well as private stakeholders and local residents.

Reward Pyramide d’Argent 2022
The Le Compact program, located in the La Maillerie neighborhood, was awarded the Pyramide d’Argent prize in the First Projects category at the Pyramides de la Fédération des Promoteurs Immobiliers awards ceremony.

Green Solutions Awards 2021
La Maillerie received two awards at the 2021 Green Solutions Awards, which encourage the construction industry to build more sustainably. La Maillerie received the People's Choice Award in the Neighborhood category and a special mention in the Sustainable Neighborhood category.
