Wilanów Park is a large-scale project based in Warsaw, Poland. Here, we want to create a place where people can come together and reconnect with nature in green spaces that are accessible to all.
With Wilanów Park, we are creating a must-see destination for the neighbourhood, where life is good and there is no shortage of leisure activities: an urban park hosts numerous outdoor activities, the orangery and its restaurants offer a unique immersive experience, and the shopping centre offers a wide range of shops. Offices, a hotel and a community centre are also available, offering a complete and unique experience of the 15-minute city.
Wilanów Park embodies a new dynamic living space that meets the needs of residents and the area and enhances the local heritage. Easily accessible with its diverse transport options and proximity to Warsaw's southern ring road, it also actively contributes to the local transition to smart and sustainable mobility.

The Wilanów Park project was designed with tomorrow's sustainable development challenges and today's residents' needs in mind.
The public park will offer a wide range of activities: sports, a children's playground, a fitness area, a space dedicated to animals, cycle paths, and more. It is a true green oasis where social connections are formed naturally.
Our commitment also extends to respecting the environment, with numerous solutions put in place to optimise resources and limit the impact of Wilanów Park: rainwater recovery system, renewable energies, sustainable waste management and easy access to soft mobility.
