"To Dream" is undoubtedly the most forward-thinking project in the current Italian commercial landscape. It will be the first destination in Piedmont in terms of shops, services, restaurants, bars, leisure and entertainment areas, becoming a real hub for the whole region

The project
To Dream is the leading project for the redevelopment of the former Michelin industrial area of Turin, carried out by Romania Sviluppo with the support of Nhood Italy.
This original idea spreads over a total area of 270,000 square meters and includes an open shopping center and car parks: a new city within the city is emerging. The place is easily accessible thanks to its strategic location along Corso Romania in Turin.
To Dream is the gateway to the north-east of the city and aims to become a regional and interregional hub. In this refined designed space, inspired by Turin’s elegant arcades, visitors will find all the services that make a vibrant neighbourhood.
The project will feature 107 activities, including 24 restaurants, top and first time in Italy brands, a vast entertainment area, an 8-screen cinema, a gym, many services, a new 4-star hotel and the new Michelin headquarters, as well as one of the longest go-kart tracks in Europe.
All this in a urban park: a true open-air dream! -
Turin's new shopping destinationTo Dream will become the largest shopping centre in the city of Turin. This new concept features a wide range of shops, services and recreational facilities on nearly 84,000 m2 and welcomes customers with a state-of-the-art open gallery (45,000 m2). In 100 stores, customers will find international food, home furnishings, fashion and ready-to-wear brands. To complete the offer and become a place to meet friends and family, an additional 39,000 m2 will be dedicated to entertainment and leisure, as well as to areas dedicated to key services.

Nhood asserts its expertise in triple positive neibourhood transformation
After the transformation of the former 3 Suisses logistics warehouses in France into a mixed-use neighbourhood called La Maillerie, which combines housing, delicatessens, offices and a green rooftop, which is a real green lung for the city, and the transformation of Romania’s former industrial cradle into a mixed-use site called Resita Project, Nhood keeps developing its expertise and know-how in transforming brownfields. To Dream is a new case study to show that real estate can be made more sustainable and virtuous. By transforming rather than building, and by doing so in a concerted manner with and for the residents, the elected officials and the territories, we create better, more vibrant, more sustainable and responsible places to live. -
