Enedis entrusts Nhood Services France with the property management of 167 sites in north-eastern France, starting on 1 June

Following a European call for tenders, Enedis and Nhood Services France have signed a property management
contract covering 167 tertiary, technical and logistics sites in north-eastern France, representing a total surface area of over 380,000 m². The aim is to optimise the management of the real estate sites used by Enedis to ensure the safety and comfort of its employees. By ensuring effective coordination between the real estate department, facility managers and occupants, it guarantees functional, high-performance spaces that are adapted to everyone's needs.
