Nhood strengthens its Capital Markets offering in France and organises itself by asset class

Nhood is continuing to develop its Capital Markets business in France and internationally, with an organisational structure based on specialist expertise in each property asset class, as well as its M&A Advisory practice.
This new structure, centred around dedicated specialists, aims to strengthen the team’s sector coverage and its ability to support investors with their acquisition, disposal and value creation strategies across the whole of France.
Under the leadership of Federico Valentini, Global Head of Capital Markets Brokerage and M&A Advisory, the team brings together expertise covering the main segments of the property market:
- Retail, led by Myriam Moullé and Alexandre De Sousa
- Offices, led by Cécile Debouzie
- Hospitality & Living, led by Andreas Ignatevossian
- Industrial & Logistics, led by Guillaume Simon
- M&A Advisory, led by Ian Kayanakis
This structure enables Nhood Capital Markets to draw on dedicated sector expertise for each transaction, whilst combining the skills required for the analysis, sourcing and execution of mandates.
The Capital Markets Brokerage and M&A Advisory team is also supported by a team of six Analysts and Senior Analysts dedicated to the French market. They play a central role in the execution of mandates and the quality of the deliverables provided to clients.
In addition to the Paris office, the Capital Markets team also has dedicated Brokerage and M&A Advisory teams in Italy (Dario Ferraina) and on the Iberian Peninsula (Pedro Rizo).
