Press releases
Nhood, responsible for coordinating all activities related to the implementation of the Góraszka Project in Poland, is commencing – following the sale of the land to Leroy Merlin – the construction of the underground technical infrastructure and connections on site.
Following a review of tenders, Nhood has selected the Warsaw-based company INFINE as the main contractor; the firm specialises in the delivery of complex projects, particularly in the retail sector.
“The start of infrastructure works marks a key milestone in the delivery of the Góraszka Project, preparing the site for the next phase of development. Our collaboration with INFINE, with whom we have already successfully completed a major retail park project in Silesia, guarantees efficient execution, in line with the schedule and the highest standards for this first phase of the mixed-use development,” says Anna Będkowska, Project Manager at Nhood Services Poland, responsible for the Góraszka Project.
“We are proud that, following the preparatory phase, we can finally commence work. INFINE has been appointed as the Main Contractor. Given our history of collaboration, we are delighted to be embarking on a new project together,” explains Tomasz Sikora, Authorised Representative at INFINE.
Work on the technical infrastructure for the Góraszka Project is scheduled for completion in September 2026. This timetable will enable Leroy Merlin to begin construction of its large-scale store without delay.
